1. Scope and Acceptance
These Legal Terms & Policies ("Terms") apply to all users of the website https://urlio.dev/ and any related services, tools, software, Discord server, promotions, campaigns, giveaways, digital products, and digital services operated under the brand ViralBoost HQ (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, topping up balance, participating in any promotion or giveaway, and/or placing an order on the Platform, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.
Acceptance of these Terms is a mandatory condition for using the Platform.
A legally binding contract is formed upon registration or, at the latest, upon placing an order, topping up balance, or using any paid service.
2. Eligibility / Minimum Age
(1) Use of the Platform is permitted only to natural persons who are at least 18 years old and legally of full age in their country/state of residence.
(2) By using the Platform, the user represents and warrants that they:
- are legally of full age,
- have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and
- are not prohibited by any applicable law or platform policy from using the services.
(3) The Platform is strictly not intended for minors. Any use by persons under the age of 18 or otherwise lacking legal capacity is prohibited.
(4) The Platform reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts if there is reason to believe a user does not meet the eligibility requirements.
3. Services
(1) The Platform provides digital social media marketing, social media growth, engagement-related services, and automation-related services, including but not limited to followers, likes, views, engagement, growth-related services, and related digital tools.
(2) The Platform acts solely as a reseller and/or intermediary of third-party services and does not manufacture, create, or directly control the underlying services unless explicitly stated otherwise.
(3) No guarantees are given regarding:
- specific results,
- minimum quantities,
- continuity,
- permanence,
- retention,
- delivery speed,
- account safety,
- monetization outcomes,
- reach,
- impressions,
- platform compliance,
- or long-term performance.
(4) Services may be delivered automatically and/or manually and may involve one or more third-party providers.
(5) The Platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, X (Twitter), Facebook, Twitch, Meta, or any other social media or online platform.
(6) The user acknowledges that the use of certain services may violate the terms, policies, or guidelines of third-party platforms, and the user assumes full responsibility for such use.
4. Permitted Use / Account Authorization / Botting Rules
(1) The user may only use the Platform and any associated automation, engagement, or botting-related services for:
- accounts that the user personally owns or controls, or
- accounts for which the user has obtained explicit prior authorization and consent from the lawful account owner.
(2) The user is strictly prohibited from using the Platform:
- on accounts belonging to third parties without their express consent,
- for impersonation, unauthorized access, or deceptive activity,
- for harassment, spam, fraud, abuse, or unlawful conduct,
- to interfere with or compromise third-party accounts, communities, or systems,
- to bypass security measures or restrictions of any third-party platform,
- for any malicious or exploitative purpose.
(3) By submitting any account, username, invite, profile, content, or URL to the Platform, the user represents and warrants that they are fully authorized to do so.
(4) The Platform reserves the right to reject, suspend, cancel, or terminate any order or account at its sole discretion if misuse, abuse, unauthorized use, or suspicious activity is detected.
5. User Obligations
(1) The user confirms that they have all necessary rights, permissions, and authorizations to use any accounts, profiles, communities, usernames, links, or content submitted to the Platform.
(2) The user bears full responsibility for any consequences arising from the use of the services.
(3) The use of the Platform for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.
(4) The user agrees not to use the Platform in any way that could:
- violate applicable law,
- infringe third-party rights,
- violate platform rules or community guidelines,
- damage the reputation or operation of the Platform.
6. Orders and Service Execution
(1) Orders are processed based on the information submitted by the user.
(2) The user is solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted order data, including but not limited to usernames, links, account identifiers, quantities, server invites, or related details, are correct.
(3) Once an order has been submitted, it may not be cancellable, editable, reversible, or stoppable.
(4) The Platform is not responsible for losses or failed delivery resulting from:
- incorrect links,
- changed usernames,
- deleted content,
- account privacy settings,
- account restrictions,
- invalid order information,
- expired invites,
- platform-side changes,
- or third-party system limitations.
7. Account Security
(1) The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.
(2) The user is solely responsible for all activity occurring under their account.
(3) The Platform shall not be liable for any unauthorized account access resulting from:
- weak passwords,
- password sharing,
- phishing,
- malware,
- user negligence,
- or third-party compromise.
(4) The user must notify the Platform immediately if unauthorized access or suspicious account activity is suspected.
8. Acceptance Through Registration and Orders
(1) Use of the Platform is permitted only if the user agrees to these Terms.
(2) Acceptance becomes legally binding through:
- registering an account on the Platform and/or
- topping up balance and/or
- placing an order on the Platform and/or
- participating in a promotion, giveaway, or campaign organized by the Platform
(3) No additional written or explicit consent is required.
(4) Users who do not agree to these Terms are prohibited from using the Platform.
9. Suspension, Refusal of Service, and Account Termination
(1) The Platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- refuse service,
- reject any order,
- suspend an account,
- limit access,
- cancel services,
- permanently terminate accounts
at any time and without prior notice where this is reasonably necessary for:
- security,
- abuse prevention,
- legal compliance,
- fraud prevention,
- operational protection,
- chargeback prevention,
- or enforcement of these Terms.
(2) Users may terminate their account at any time.
(3) Any remaining balance at the time of termination is forfeited and non-refundable, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
(4) Termination or suspension does not affect any rights, obligations, liabilities, or claims that arose prior to termination.
10. Intellectual Property and Platform Rights
(1) All content, branding, software, structure, systems, text, graphics, designs, logos, source code, systems, and materials made available on or through the Platform remain the property of the Platform operator and/or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
(2) Users may not copy, reproduce, scrape, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, exploit, or commercially use any part of the Platform except as expressly permitted.
11. Limitation of Liability
(1) To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for:
- loss, restriction, suspension, or deletion of social media accounts,
- reduction, removal, or fluctuation of followers, likes, views, or engagement,
- loss of revenue, business, reach, data, profits, goodwill, or reputation,
- actions, omissions, delays, failures, or policy changes of third-party providers,
- technical failures, downtime, bugs, interruptions, or disruptions of third-party platforms,
- indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
(2) The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continuous access, or error-free operation.
(3) To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.
(4) Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by mandatory law, including liability for:
- intent,
- gross negligence,
- injury to life, body, or health,
- or other non-excludable statutory claims.
12. Modifications to the Terms
The Platform reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms shall become effective upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of the Platform after such publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
(1) These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law provisions where legally permissible.
(2) The place of jurisdiction shall be the operator’s place of business, insofar as legally permissible.
(3) Mandatory consumer protection laws of the user’s country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.
14. Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced, to the extent legally possible, by a valid provision that most closely reflects the economic intent of the original provision.

SECTION B — PAYMENTS, BALANCE, REFUNDS & WITHDRAWAL

15. Balance Top-Up and Payments
(1) Balance top-ups used to purchase services are processed exclusively via the official Discord server:

(2) Balance is credited manually by an administrator after payment confirmation.
(3) There is no entitlement to immediate or instant balance crediting.
(4) Payments sent incorrectly, to the wrong wallet, address, account, recipient, or payment destination are the sole responsibility of the user.
(5) The minimum top-up amount is €20.
(6) A surcharge of 10% applies to all balance top-ups unless explicitly stated otherwise.
(7) The user is responsible for ensuring that all payment details submitted are accurate and complete.
(8) The Platform reserves the right to request identity, payment, anti-fraud, or account verification before processing any top-up or order.
16. Refund Policy
(1) All balance top-ups are final.
(2) Deposited funds are non-withdrawable and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
(3) Refunds are generally excluded once:
- balance has been credited,
- an order has been placed,
- service execution has started,
- or third-party processing has begun.
(4) No refunds shall be granted for:
- dissatisfaction with performance,
- fluctuations in engagement,
- follower drops,
- reduced retention,
- delivery delays,
- account restrictions,
- shadow bans,
- suspensions,
- bans,
- third-party platform updates,
- algorithm changes,
- policy changes,
- or third-party provider failures.
(5) Any unauthorized chargeback, reversal, payment dispute, or payment claim may result in:
- immediate suspension,
- permanent account termination,
- service cancellation,
- refusal of future service,
- and legal enforcement where applicable.
17. No Right of Withdrawal
(1) The services offered are digital services and/or digital content that may begin execution immediately after an order is placed or after balance is credited.
(2) By registering, topping up balance, and/or placing an order, the user expressly agrees to the immediate commencement of service execution where applicable.
(3) To the extent legally permissible, the user acknowledges that any statutory right of withdrawal may expire or not apply once execution of the digital service has begun with the user’s prior express consent.
(4) If mandatory law grants the user non-waivable rights, such rights remain unaffected to the minimum extent required by law.

SECTION C — GIVEAWAY / PROMOTION / CONTEST TERMS

18. Promotions, Giveaways, and Contests
(1) From time to time, the Platform may offer giveaways, contests, raffles, promotional campaigns, bonus programs, referral campaigns, reward actions, or similar promotional activities ("Promotions").
(2) Participation in any Promotion is voluntary and subject to:
- these Terms, and
- any additional promotion-specific rules announced on the Platform, Discord server, social media pages, or associated communication channels.
(3) Unless otherwise expressly stated, Promotions are organized by ViralBoost HQ and are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Discord, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, X (Twitter), or any other third-party platform.
19. Eligibility for Promotions
(1) Participation in Promotions is permitted only to users who:
- are at least 18 years old,
- are legally of full age in their jurisdiction,
- and are otherwise eligible under the applicable Promotion rules.
(2) The Platform may restrict Promotions by:
- country,
- region,
- account age,
- order history,
- account status,
- or abuse-risk criteria.
(3) Employees, affiliates, moderators, contractors, administrators, or directly involved persons may be excluded from participation where applicable.
20. Promotion Rules and Participation
(1) For each Promotion, the Platform may define or modify:
- eligibility requirements,
- participation period,
- participation method,
- prize details,
- winner selection method,
- claim deadlines,
- disqualification rules,
- geographic limitations,
- and abuse-prevention rules.
(2) Participation may require certain actions such as:
- joining the Discord server,
- following a social media account,
- liking, reposting, or commenting on content,
- registering an account,
- or other promotional actions as explicitly stated.
(3) Unless explicitly stated otherwise, no purchase is necessary solely for giveaway participation.
(4) The Platform reserves the right to reject any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, technically manipulated, or otherwise non-compliant.
21. Disqualification
(1) The Platform reserves the right to disqualify any participant if there is reasonable suspicion of:
- fraud,
- manipulation,
- abuse,
- multiple accounts,
- fake accounts,
- fake engagement,
- bot-assisted entry,
- automated mass participation,
- breach of these Terms,
- violation of any Promotion rules,
- or attempts to unfairly influence outcomes.
(2) The Platform may also disqualify users who:
- provide false or misleading information,
- violate community rules,
- harass staff or other participants,
- or attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities.
22. Prizes and Winner Selection
(1) Unless otherwise stated, prizes are:
- non-transferable,
- not exchangeable,
- and not redeemable for cash.
(2) The Platform reserves the right to substitute a prize with an equivalent prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
(3) Winner selection may be based on:
- random draw,
- ranking,
- objective criteria,
- internal review,
- or another method specified in the relevant Promotion.
(4) The Platform’s decision regarding winner eligibility and prize allocation shall be final to the extent legally permissible.
23. Prize Claim and Forfeiture
(1) Winners may be contacted through:

- email,
- direct message,
- Platform account,
- or another communication method associated with the Promotion.
(2) If a winner:
- does not respond within the stated claim period,
- provides false information,
- cannot be verified,
- is found to be ineligible,
- or breaches these Terms,
the Platform may revoke the prize and select an alternative winner.
(3) Any taxes, duties, customs, reporting obligations, or similar charges arising from a prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
24. Promotion Changes and Cancellation
The Platform may cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate any Promotion at any time for:
- operational reasons,
- legal reasons,
- technical issues,
- abuse prevention,
- force majeure,
- fraud concerns,
- or fairness/integrity concerns.
25. Public Announcement of Winners
Where required or reasonably necessary for transparency, the winner may be publicly announced by:
- username,
- display name,
- or first name/initial
unless prohibited by law or unless otherwise stated in the applicable Promotion rules.

27. Data Sharing with Third Parties
(1) As part of service fulfillment, user data (such as usernames, links, account identifiers, invite links, or order details) may be shared with third-party providers, including but not limited to groompanel.com, strictly to the extent necessary to deliver the ordered services.
(2) The Platform acts solely as an intermediary/reseller and does not control how third-party providers process data beyond the scope of service fulfillment.
(3) Personal data may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary for:
- payment verification,
- anti-fraud checks,
- legal enforcement,
- platform security,
- or compliance with legal obligations.
28. Data Protection
(1) Data processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR, where applicable.
(2) The Platform takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
(3) However, no digital system, transmission method, or online storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
29. No Unauthorized Disclosure

31. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and ViralBoost HQ regarding the use of the Platform, unless additional written terms are expressly provided for specific services or promotions.
32. Language
In the event of translated versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail to the extent legally permissible unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
