(2) No specific results, minimum quantities, permanence, or retention of purchased services are guaranteed.
(3) Services may be delivered automatically and/or manually and may involve third-party providers.
(4) The Platform is not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, or any other social media platforms.

3. Balance Top-Up & Payments
(1) Balance top-ups used to purchase services are processed exclusively via the official Discord server:

(2) Balance is credited manually by an administrator after payment confirmation.
(3) There is no entitlement to instant balance crediting.
(4) Payments sent incorrectly or to the wrong address are the sole responsibility of the user.
(5) The minimum top-up amount is €20.
(6) A surcharge of 10% applies to all balance top-ups.
(7) All balance top-ups are final. Deposited funds are non-withdrawable and non-refundable.

4. Acceptance Through Registration & Orders
(1) Use of the Platform is only permitted if the user agrees to these Terms.
(2) Acceptance is legally binding through:
- registering an account on the Platform and/or
- submitting an order on the Platform.
(3) No additional written consent is required.
(4) Users who do not agree to these Terms are not permitted to use the Platform.

5. No Right of Withdrawal & No Refund Policy
(1) The services offered are digital services that begin immediately after ordering or after balance is credited.
(2) By registering and/or placing an order, the user expressly agrees that service execution begins immediately.
(3) The user acknowledges and agrees that they waive their statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 356(5) of the German Civil Code (BGB), insofar as legally permissible.
(4) Refunds, chargebacks, reversals, or partial refunds are strictly excluded, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
This applies in particular, but not limited to:
- Removal or drop of followers or interactions
- Account restrictions, shadow bans, or suspensions
- Algorithm or policy changes by social media platforms
- Service interruptions caused by third-party providers

6. User Obligations
(1) The user confirms that they have the legal right to use all accounts, profiles, or content submitted.
(2) The user bears full responsibility for any consequences resulting from the use of the services.
(3) The use of the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.

7. Data Storage & Processing
(1) The Platform stores and processes personal data, including but not limited to:
- usernames
- email addresses
- passwords (stored in encrypted and/or hashed form)
- usage and order data
(2) Data processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
(3) Personal data will not be shared with unauthorized third parties unless required for service delivery or by law.

8. Limitation of Liability
(1) The Platform shall not be liable for:
- loss or suspension of social media accounts
- removal of followers, likes, views, or interactions
- revenue, reach, or reputation losses
- technical failures of third-party platforms
(2) Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, insofar as permitted by law.

9. Account Termination
(1) Users may terminate their account at any time.
(2) Any remaining balance will expire upon account termination and is non-refundable.

The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
(1) These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
(2) The place of jurisdiction shall be the operator’s place of business, insofar as legally permissible.
